CKC has continuously improved technology
and widened range of products to serve customers. Moreover, CKC has delivered
various type of Automatic Filtration System, Pressure Vessel, SCR (Selective
Catalytic Reduction) System, Auto Strainer, Metallic Filter Cartridge and Gas
Dehydration System.
Rising energy prices have brought the use of waste heat for
refrigeration to its well-deserved place in process design options. CKC
plans to be part of this evolution. The primary limitation of absorption
refrigeration has been the lower useable temperature limit of many systems. With
the use of hybrid solutions and solid adsorbents, this is
changing. |

??Waste
Heat Refrigeration Using Absorption Chilling This
refrigeration cycle uses low-grade waste heat instead of mechanical
compression for refrigeration. The system uses a traditional rich-lean ammonia
water absorption cycle. The system can replace the large electrical load of
mechanical refrigeration. With natural gas pricing sometimes exceeding $5/MMBtu
this system can pay for itself in less than a year. Waste heat can be extracted
from gas turbine exhaust, gas engine and boiler flue gas, low-pressure steam,
etc. Temperatures achievable range from -30 ??F to +40 ??F on the evaporator side.
The waste heat temperature level is around 250 ??F. Applicable industrial uses
cover natural gas processing to poultry processing. |
