??Natural Gas Liquids Recorvery System
These systems are usually two-stage refrigeration units with gas to gas heat exchangers, DX chiller, three phase separator, stabilizer, and glycol or methanol injection. CKC can perform the
process simulation to determine liquids content of your gas for a given temperature and pressure. CKC can supply an absorption refrigeration system that uses exhaust heat to replace mechanical compression. Dew point control usually requires a single stage system. Recovery of liquids from carbon dioxide
streams before re-injection is another application. Recovering excess
BTU content can supplement expensive gas engine driven compression costs.
Carbon dioxide can be liquefied for enhanced recovery and fracing applications.
